Kyle is an executive, leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve performance and deliver measurable results. His integrative, practical coaching style builds trusted partnerships and helps leaders strengthen capability and confidence when it matters most.
Grounded in organizational context and business priorities, Kyle helps leaders translate strategy into clear action by integrating emotional and interpersonal awareness with culture, behavior, team dynamics, and execution within a focused development plan. Through thoughtful introspection, he supports leaders in leveraging past successes and strengths to reframe mindsets, accelerate growth, and achieve outcomes that are measurable and sustainable.
Kyle supports leader development at every level, including emerging leaders, frontline managers, directors and mid-level leaders, high-potential talent, leaders navigating executive role transitions, and C-suite executives.
Operational Business Experience
Kyle’s career spans multiple industries, including aerospace, government, finance, nonprofit, and military sectors. With over 20 years of experience working “inside” organizations, he has helped leaders and teams perform at their best.
He served as Principal Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), where he coached and consulted engineering and science leaders, as well as business leaders, across flight and non-flight mission teams, enterprise business operations, manufacturing, and line management. He also supported enterprise-wide people initiatives focused on culture, learning and leadership development, talent planning, and people strategy.
Before joining JPL, Kyle held senior consulting roles supporting Fortune 500 organizations, including Citigroup, Bank of America, and Zurich North America/Farmers Insurance, as well as nonprofit institutions. He is also a veteran and served in the United States Marine Corps.
Kyle is currently on faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching graduate-level courses in strategy, organizational design, leadership, and learning and development.
Kyle holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Change from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Cultural Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton.
